If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ShowOff. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We may terminate accounts that do not comply with this requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to ShowOff. By posting content, you grant ShowOff a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain harmful, misleading, or offensive material.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful; impersonate any person or entity; engage in harassment, bullying, or intimidation; use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without authorization; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; engage in any form of manipulation including fake engagement, artificial boosting, or vote manipulation.
6. Virtual Currency & Transactions
ShowOff may offer virtual currency ("Coins") for use within the platform. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash except through our official cashout program, subject to eligibility requirements. All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and exchange rates of virtual currency at any time.
7. Competitions & Stages
ShowOff hosts competitions and stage events governed by specific rules posted for each event. By participating, you agree to abide by those rules. We reserve the right to disqualify participants for rule violations, unsportsmanlike conduct, or suspected manipulation. Prize distributions are subject to verification and applicable laws.
8. Intellectual Property
The ShowOff platform, including its name, logo, design, features, and technology, is the intellectual property of ShowOff and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any virtual currency or accumulated benefits may be forfeited upon termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the Service to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowOff and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShowOff operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
